Welcome to Rifaha Quran Online Learning Academy. By enrolling in our classes or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before starting your educational journey with us.

The Rifaha Quran Online Learning Academy, located in Lahore, Pakistan, is a trusted global platform dedicated to teaching the Holy Quran with accurate Tajweed, authentic Islamic values, and personalized one-on-one classes for children and families Nationwide and Worldwide.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, or utilizing our educational services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or enrolling on behalf of a minor as their parent or legal guardian) and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Our Educational Services

We provide sect-free, authentic Quranic education based strictly on the Quran and authentic Ahadith, following the path of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Our services include personalized one-on-one sessions for:

  • Quran Reading with accurate Tajweed
  • Quran Translation and Tafseer
  • Basic Islamic Studies and character building (following the seerat of Bibi Fatima RA)

3. Enrollment and Student Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true and accurate information during enrollment, including your full name, location, and WhatsApp contact number.
  • Class Attendance & Punctuality: Students are expected to join the classes on time. If a student is late, the class will still end at its scheduled time.
  • Parental Guidance: For young students (under 13), parents or legal guardians must assist them with their initial setup and monitor their overall progress.

4. Class Cancellations, Leaves, and Rescheduling

To ensure smooth operations and fairness to our dedicated teachers, we follow a strict schedule policy:

  • Student Absence: If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, they must notify the academy or the teacher at least 4 to 6 hours in advance.
  • Make-up Classes: Make-up classes will be provided only if the student gave prior notice of their absence or if the teacher missed the class.
  • Unannounced Absence: If a student misses a class without prior notice, that session is considered consumed, and no make-up class will be provided.

5. Payments, Fees, and Subscriptions

  • Advance Payment: Tuition fees are charged on a monthly subscription basis and must be paid in advance at the start of the billing cycle.
  • No Refunds: Fees paid for a monthly cycle are generally non-refundable once classes have commenced for that month.
  • Currency Conversion: Fees are charged based on the agreed-upon currency (e.g., USD, EUR, GBP, PKR) at the time of your subscription.

6. Code of Conduct

We maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment.

  • Students and teachers must interact with the utmost respect.
  • Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or discussion of controversial sectarian matters is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of classes without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All learning materials, curriculum designs, and original content provided by Rifaha Quran Online Learning Academy remain the intellectual property of the academy. They cannot be reproduced, recorded for public distribution, or resold without written permission from the founder.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted and high-quality digital learning experiences, Rifaha Quran Online Learning Academy is not liable for any technical interruptions due to internet outages, software failures, or electrical power cuts beyond our control. We will do our best to reschedule any class affected by such events.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our platform after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
